One queen bed with gel memory foam mattress inside the living area sleeper sofa. Please request if you would like this made up into a bed before your arrival.

Full size sink, half size refrigerator and dishwasher. Convection oven/ microwave. Induction cooktop unit. Cups, bowls, plates, cutlery, and all cooking utensils. Best part is, if you don't see something you need, we probably have it upstairs! :)

Bathroom with one sink and shower available. Shower is curtained off separately for two (comfortable) people to get ready and use the space at the same time. Extra toiletries available.

Enjoy the marsh views and breezes from your grade level patio. Double doors from the bedroom space open up to your own private patio complete with chairs and hammock available.
